Draft for legal review
This is a working draft so the link is not empty while QueueAI collects waitlist emails. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not a final privacy policy. Boxford Partners LLC should replace it before relying on it.
Privacy Policy
Draft dated October 12, 2026. Describes the waitlist on queueai.dev. Account, billing, and task data are not covered because that product is not generally available.
Who we are
QueueAI is a product of Boxford Partners LLC, 345 California St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94104. Privacy questions: hello@boxfordpartners.com.
What we collect today
The public site asks for an email address if you join the waitlist. That address is stored so we can tell you when a beta opens. We do not ask for a password, payment card, or other account details on this form.
The site is hosted on Vercel. The host may keep standard request logs (such as IP address, browser, and the page requested) for security and operations. This draft does not set a retention period for those logs; counsel should confirm what the host retains.
How we use waitlist emails
We use the address to send a message when the beta opens, and to reply if you write to us. We do not sell waitlist emails. We do not use them for unrelated marketing in this draft.
Submissions are stored in a Neon Postgres database. Vercel hosts the site and Neon stores the addresses so we can contact you. A final policy should name any other processors.
How long we keep it
Intended practice: keep a waitlist email until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to announce the beta, whichever comes first. Email hello@boxfordpartners.com and we will delete the address associated with your request.
What this draft does not cover
The product is in development. This site does not yet offer public accounts, paid plans, or task execution. When those exist, they will collect more information (for example account email, API usage, and billing details handled by Stripe). That collection needs an updated policy before it starts. Do not treat this draft as notice for those features.
Children
The waitlist is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
